Britain’s Militaristic PM Could
Talk Us into World War 3

(March 24, 2025) —The bellicose British Prime Minister Keir Starmer threatens Russia with “severe consequences” and makes a public appearance on a British nuclear sub, while a retired British admiral boasts the same sub “is capable of incinerating 40 Russian cities.”

It is easy to understand why Russia now considers Britain to be an enemy. The US needs to cut all ties with the UK and take back the Trident nuclear missiles it supplies to the Brits. Perhaps that could prevent them from committing national suicide, and it will also prevent them from dragging us into World War 3.

MOSCOW (March 21, 2025) — British nuclear submarines armed with Trident ballistic missiles are capable of destroying 40 Russian cities, retired Rear Admiral of the Royal Navy Chris Perry said in an interview with The Telegraph.

“One Trident submarine is capable of incinerating 40 Russian cities very quickly. <…> This should make any world leader afraid,” he said.

Perry expressed the opinion that Russia, as the world’s largest country, will not be able to defend itself from a ballistic missile strike.

At the same time, the article notes that the UK’s nuclear fleet raises serious concerns: the Royal Navy’s Trident nuclear submarines have been around for more than a quarter of a century, and two recent tests have failed, leading some to question London’s ability to provide effective nuclear deterrence.

“Trident submarines are old, and this is an obvious problem. When something goes wrong on a submarine, it can lead to disaster,” the Ihjagiya source warned.

The situation is complicated by the fact that nuclear missiles for the British complex are manufactured in the United States, and the need for technical support from Washington increases during the repair period. Thus, it is stated in the material, it is not known what fate awaits the British nuclear fleet in the future, taking into account the change in the political course of the United States towards its NATO allies.

“While such dependence on the United States was not a problem in the past, recent events, when (US President Donald) Trump suggested that NATO could no longer rely on US support, could create problems in the future,” the article says.

Earlier, the British tabloid Daily Express reported that Britain wants to have the right to independently use its nuclear weapons to deter Russia amid growing concerns about vulnerability to political shifts in the White House doctrine.

The United Kingdom and the United States still operate under the 1958 Mutual Defense Agreement, which allows for the transfer of special technologies between the two countries. In 1963, US President John F. Kennedy granted Britain operational autonomy in the use of nuclear weapons with the participation of American delivery systems.

TEHRAN (March 21, 2025) – Vladimir Putin will face “severe consequences” if he breaches a peace deal with Ukraine, Keir Starmer has said, threatening Russia with nuclear weapons.

The British prime minister issued his warning to the Russian president after meeting officials from 31 countries at the Northwood military base outside London, where they have started sketching out which western forces might be deployed to protect Ukraine in the future, The Guardian reported.

Starmer said Putin would not be allowed to veto how Kyiv decides to defend itself, after the Russian president demanded Ukraine’s demilitarisation as part of any peace deal. But the prime minister did not reiterate his promise to put boots on the ground, instead saying allied forces would be deployed to support Ukrainian troops, including by sea and air, rather than replacing them.

Asked whether British troops were ever likely to serve in Ukraine as he has previously suggested, Starmer said the military planners were discussing offering support by air, sea and land. But he added, “There is a strong sense that, because of what’s happened in the last three years, the Ukrainian forces are amongst the strongest now in Europe. They’ve got the capability, they’ve got the numbers, and they’ve actually got the frontline experience.”

He told reporters the talks in London were focusing on how to “keep the skies, and the seas, and the borders safe in Ukraine”.

According to the Daily Telegraph, sending British Typhoon jets to Ukraine to provide air cover for troops was one of the proposals discussed during the meeting.

Ahead of the talks, Armed Forces Minister Luke Pollard said “we’re not yet talking about numbers” of UK troops potentially being sent to Ukraine “because we’re still designing the shape of the force”.

Earlier, Starmer was pictured aboard a submarine in a rare showcasing of the country’s nuclear deterrent, filmed earlier this week in footage only released on Thursday, according to Reuters.
